RESET Breath Journey
Alternate Fridays, 19:00 to 20:30

RESET breath is a guided journey to music, using a form of conscious-connected breathing with the intention to guide participants to a peak experience. The breath cycle is hypnotic, taking participants out of their heads and into their body. This powerful session will:

  • Recalibrate your nervous system.

  • Elevate your energy.

  • Somatically release stored tension, stress and emotions.

  • Expand your awareness and consciousness.

  • Transform into your most authentic self.

Meditation: A Journey Home
Every Friday morning, 8:30 to 9:30

These powerful meditations are intended to guide the experience of being more embodied, getting out of your head and into your heart. Working with the ground you will develop a deep sense of safety within your nervous system, experience a sense of calm throughout your body and mind, learn to disengage from your thinking mind and rest into the expansiveness of space that is possible when you learn to regain control of your mind.

Your mind is the greatest tool you have at your disposal. It’s time to learn how to use it properly!

Men’s Circle

A bi-monthly gathering for men to connect, build community, learn new skills, and have a safe space of support and accountability.

This is for men who want to show up differently in the world and be an exemplar of what it means to embody healthy masculine qualities, and learning what it means to become a heart-centered leader.

Meditation: Open to all

We live in a distracted world. Big Tech and social media compete for your attention.  Our lives are busier than they have ever been as we cram more and more in.  As a result we are chronically stressed, overwhelmed, burnt out, leading to an epidemic in chronic illness and poor mental health. 

Learn how to harness the power of your mind to create stillness amidst all the chaos.  Learn how to regulate your nervous system, creating safety within your body.  This mediation class is designed to invite stillness and calm by learning to develop concentration power to regain control of our hyper-distractible minds and experience what it means to be truly grounded, present, and at peace.

The purpose of these workshops is to create a safe space for men to be seen and heard, build community, and to experience the power of guided breathwork, meditation, and other embodied movement practices.   

Breath unites mind and body.  By learning to harness our breath we can cultivate a sense of calm, regulate our nervous system, energise our mind and body, and use it to feel into our emotions, allowing a shift in our sense of being.
